I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. With parents from Tennessee, I’m a country girl at heart. During the day, I’m a member of the Quality System team at Mary Kay Cosmetics. I currently serve on a leadership team for a Spiritual Retreat that started with a group of women from a church I attended while living in Seattle. I attend Grace Metroplex and there I serve as the Admin Council and Media Chairperson, lead the collage age Sunday School Class, and sit on the children and youth council and outreach teams.

Where is UWF in all of this? I started my journey with UWF as a Study Leader trainer for Mission u. At Grace, I am the Social Action Chair I currently serve as the CTCUWF President. In June of 2024, I was elected to serve as the Vice President on the South Central Jurisdiction Leadership team.

With all of that, you may wonder what I do in my spare time. I have four grown children, sixteen grandchildren and one great grandchild. My hobbies are sewing and crocheting, but what I enjoy most is writing. I am a “journal-holic”; writing to God about ways to inspire others to and help them understand the path that God has set before them. Whenever I can I embrace quiet moments and enjoy attending retreats.
